Position: Print Finisher Department: Production
Job role

Operating & Maintaining Finishing equipment as directed by Management.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Maintain equipment to a high standard.
Advise management of any faults or breakdowns immediately.
Thoroughly read all provided workbag information prior to commencing makereadies.
Maintain high levels of quality and consistency throughout production runs.
Maintain Running speeds as directed by management.
Pallet Flags must be filled in.
All details must be filled in on Job Bag log form.
Ensuring raw materials are of a consistent quality and any faults reported to management.
Keep working area tidy and machinery clean.
Any other duties as instructed by management.

Position: Internal Sales / Administration / Estimating
Job role

Liaising with clients and suppliers daily, ensuring we receive the best cost price and maximise margins wherever possible.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Deal with E-mail correspondence
Use Tharstern to create Quotations.
Input Client orders.
Take incoming telephone calls.
Dealing with clients regarding enquiries, delivery requests etc.
Using Tharstern to create Purchase orders.
Liaising with suppliers.
Filing of job bags/purchase invoices
Liaising with production regarding client requests.
Creating job bags including all relevant job-related information.
Booking couriers for overnight carriage.
Any other duties as instructed by management.
